Yeah, we have found that even from Boca the bearings are either sloppy or don't slip over the shaft....
We turn the shafts down in the shop on the lathe here if need be.

Hiya Ribbit.
You'll need to change all the seals (comes as a kit), the bearing, brushes and brush springs to do it correctly. I think all those parts run about $40 or so.
